Standard Shipping and Handling
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 7 additional business days for shipments to US Territories. We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States will incur a shipping fee. Shipping fees vary by country. Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Salt City Optics typically utilizes USPS for all orders that select free shipping.
Salt City Optics makes life easier by offering free shipping on all of our prescription sunglasses orders within the United States. All of our prescription lenses are custom made to order. This kind of attention to detail takes time. while processing times vary by lab and time of year, we typically have the finished glasses back to us and ready to ship ten-fifteen days from when the order was placed. When your order arrives, your package does not require a signature upon delivery.

Change or update your order
If you need to make changes to your order, you can call or email one of our customer service representatives. Order changes must be made within 48 hours of submitting your order if the order has not already been shipped. Contact a Salt City Optics Sales representative 1-888-507-1230 or email@example.com and we will assist you with your changes.
Returns and Exchanges
SaltCityOptics wants to make your shopping experience convenient and risk free. If you don’t love your prescription glasses or sunglasses, no worries, we’ll take care of you.
Returns and Exchanges on Prescription Eyewear
If you change your mind or decide that there is something in the fit, size, color or other preference, that you just don’t like, we will gladly exchange or return your prescription glasses or prescription sunglasses within 30 days of your receiving them. Simply call us, chat online, or email us and one of our friendly representatives will happily email you a pre-paid return label. All we require is that you send them back to us with all of the original packaging.

International Prescription Eyewear Returns/Exchanges
All International orders are subject to the same returns and exchanges policies as domestic orders. International customers are responsible for cost of shipping to SaltCityOptics.com and must include all original packaging. SaltCityOptics does not provide free shipping labels or reimburse duties and taxes for international return and exchange orders.
